Temp G – Temporary Email (the “App”) is provided by Valiance Code (“we”, “us”, or the “Developer”) as a free service with optional premium features. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What the App Does
Temp G provides temporary email addresses you can use to receive emails without exposing your personal email. Messages sent to a temporary address may be retrieved in the App for a short period and then automatically deleted according to our retention practices (see Data Retention below).
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- In-app actions & preferences: For example, selected settings, chosen temporary mailbox labels, or support requests you send to us.
- Purchase information (for premium): If you buy premium features, Google Play provides us purchase tokens/receipts needed to verify and manage your subscription. We do not receive your full payment card details.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- App diagnostics & analytics: crash logs, performance data, and basic usage analytics (e.g., screens viewed, events) to improve stability and features.
- Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, country inferred from your store settings or IP (approximate), and advertising identifiers (when ads are enabled).
- Log data: limited technical logs for security and troubleshooting.
Location: The App does not collect or use precise (GPS) location. We do not request fine or coarse location permissions.
2.3 Temporary Email Content
To deliver the service, our servers process email headers and message content sent to the temporary address you generated. This content is stored temporarily and is automatically deleted after a short period necessary to provide the service and reduce abuse. Attachments, if any, are handled the same way. Do not use the service to receive sensitive data.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the temporary email functionality.
- Maintain and improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Detect, prevent, and address abuse, spam, fraud, and security incidents.
- Show ads in the free tier (if enabled) and measure ad performance.
- Process and verify purchases and subscriptions for premium features.
- Communicate with you about important updates, changes, or support.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
- Contract: to deliver the App’s core features.
- Legitimate interests: to improve the service, secure our systems, and prevent abuse.
- Consent: where required for analytics/ads or marketing communications.
- Legal obligations: to comply with law and enforce our terms.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate the following providers (their policies apply to their data handling):
- Google Play Services
- AdMob (Advertising) – Free tier only, if ads are shown
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Play Billing (for premium purchases)
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers under contractual confidentiality for the purposes above.
6. Ads, Analytics & Your Choices
- Free vs. Premium: The free tier may include ads and certain usage limits (e.g., refresh cooldowns). Premium removes ads and limits as described in-app.
- Advertising ID: You can reset/disable personalized ads via your Android device settings.
- Analytics: Used to improve stability and features; you may opt out where the OS or provider offers such controls.
7. Data Retention
- Temporary emails: stored only for a short period necessary to provide the service and combat abuse, then automatically deleted.
- Analytics/diagnostics: retained for a limited period consistent with our improvement and security purposes.
- Purchase records: retained as required for billing, support, and legal compliance.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Do not use the service for highly sensitive information.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International Transfers
Depending on your location and our infrastructure/providers, data may be processed in countries other than yours. We take steps to protect data during such transfers consistent with applicable law.
11. Your Rights
EEA/UK Users
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.
California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to limit use of sensitive information. We do not sell personal information.

12. Your Controls & Opt-Out
- Uninstall: You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.
- In-App Settings: Where available, adjust analytics/notifications preferences.
- Device Settings: Reset/limit advertising ID and notification permissions.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
